Hand Drawn Cycle Syncing Cheat Sheets - Digital Download

These four hand-drawn designs, one for each phase of your cycle, were created with intention towards the energy of each phase of your cycle. I originally made them for use as a phone background but here I've included several versions of each so you can use them however you like.

For each phase of the cycle you'll get:

• A phone background with artwork and info on nutrition and self care
• A print friendly version,
• Standalone artwork.

When I was learning to live and eat in tune with my hormones I was so overwhelmed with all the info and had to keep research over and over again. I made these so that all I have to do is glance at my Lock Screen to remind myself of my focus for the week. 

The easiest place to begin is your Menstrual phase, then when your bleed is complete switch to the Follicular, then when you see signs of Ovulation switch again for your shortest phase, and when ovulation is done use the Luteal phase background until your bleed begins again. 

Upon purchase you will be emailed a zip file to download. It will most likely land in your 'files' on your phone, tablet or computer. Click the zip file to expand it into a regular folder where you can access each image!
